Had to happen sooner or later, I suppose, but why even suggest that it could be sold to minors? Alcohol is alcohol, powdered or liquid.

Well, you have lots of choices in drinking today. You can have the old fashioned liquid variety, vapor alcohol for those watching their weight and now easy to carry powder form. The powder form might currently evade taxation as alcohol, but if I know politicians and government, should this really take off...it will be taxed in under a year and it will then be about $3-4 per packet of adult Kool-aid.
