I heard that Hawaiian Salt has a better taste than other types of salt, and Hawaiians think it is an insult to use anything else, is that true?

I don't really know. I have tried red salt and like the flavor better, but is Hawaiian salt better? Perhaps. I really have never heard a lot of talk about it when in the islands. According to those who market the salt it is superior. If one really wanted to try it out and judge for themselves you can get some small sample containers to try out.

I have no idea all I know is sea salt forever baby! I will never go back to the other stuff. Just can not beat nature at its best. I will try it if I ever seen it on a shelf some where.
