Two arrested for harassing dolphin
Officers arrested the men, aged 25 and 26, at dawn after numerous emergency calls from the public that the animal was being harassed off the coast at Sandgate in Folkstone.

Are these the same people that see a skunk and they just have to go and touch to make sure they really are furry and smelly?
Some people just seem to have no respect for things around them animal or other wise.
I hope they get the maximum penalty the law allows.
