who here has named their car?

Mines 'Red Croch' lol eh. i have licence plates that say Croch and my car is red, so yah, i guess :-/

I've got a Lincoln Mark VIII with a V-8 motor in it.  I've nicknamed mine 'Speed Demon'  ;)  I guess, my love of racing made my car get the nickname in the first place.  Right after we first got it, I did try it out just to see how fast it would go.  But I haven't done it since, but Shady keeps calling it 'Speed Demon'.  So, that name sorta stuck.  ;)

lol I acually named mssl speed demon but it also fits the car too.  I have a little white gmc sonoma pickup and I call it the white ghost just cause its white lol Its not very fast so I cant give it no cool name lol

I have named my '97 Mercury Villager minivan "Helaman". He is strong and sturdy and has never let me down. Usually when he needs to go to the shop it is for routine maintenance or normal wear and tear tuning up.

I would never own another "car". I love being up there with the "big guys"!   :floatbad:     LOL!

Car Names...

I named my first car ever Clarabell.  I haven't named any cars since then.  I don't know why?  I guess I lost my fun spirit somewhere along the way.

My first car was a 1970 Chevrolet 350, but I don't remember the exact model.  It was a real clunker.  I gave it a name so I could talk sweet to it to keep it running?

For some reason my husband and I call our Dodge Caravan, Christine. She is definitely NOT evil, like Stephen King's novel. She took us from our home in Minnesota to Indianapolis in one weekend and never gave us a bit of trouble. Her only drawback is the fact that the air conditioning doesn't work, but hey that's what windows are for. We have already decided that when her time is over and we must get a new vehicle, it will be a Dodge Caravan. I never thought I'd be one of those people who say they love their cars, but I Love Christine.

My last car I called Morris, don't ask me why, I don't know how it came about, but the name stuck.

I haven't given this car a name, probably because it doesn't feel right using the same name!
