The Kolob Theorum

I have just read The Kolob Theorem and found it interesting but some parts a bit fancifal. I noticed with some concern a book referenced in the bibliography which is published by Utah Lighthouse Book Store which is run by Sandra Tanner.

It is interesting in some parts but FULL of pure speculation. He does mentioned in the beginning that the views are just his opinions but the way it is written it is almost like a fact which I am not very keen about. It is so detailed that it is almost like you can say the guy has a vivid imagination. I am not trying to put it down, as I said, it is very interesting in some parts...just some others are a bit too much for my taste.

I never heard of this book, what's the basic idea behind it?
