| 2 | cup | chicken, cooked, diced | |
| 1/2 | cup | celery, diced | |
| 1 | red peppers,sweet, roasted, diced | ||
| 1/2 | cup | green pepper, diced | |
| 1/2 | cup | mushrooms, diced | |
| 1 | mayonnaise | ||
| 1 | lemon juice | ||
Directions: | |||
| Mix together chicken, celery, red and green peppers and mushrooms. Add enough mayonnaise and lemon juice to moisten and give good flavor. Use as a sandwich filling. | |||
