What are your thoughts about this great dish?

Recipe detials:

1/4 c Corn syrup

2 tb -Water

2 ts Salt, coarse

2 ts Cumin, ground

1 ts Curry powder

1 ts Cayenne pepper

1 lb Cashews, raw, unsalted

"For a not-so-spicy version, use half the amount of curry powder and cayenne, Raw, unsalted cashews are available at bulk and health food stores. I like to give these away in 1/2 cup amounts in little plastic bags tied with attractive ribbons. Be sure to label them 'spicy"." In medium saucepan, combine corn syrup with water and spices. Bring to a boil. Stir in the nuts. Spread on cookie sheet lined with aluminium foil and bake 1 hour at 275F. Stir every 20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes. MAKES: ABOUT 3 CUPS
