Your History...

Many novice net users do not know that their browser caches the pages they view as well as maintains a history of where they have been surfing. Often when you tell them this they become surprised and figity...

Question is...

If we were to examine your browser's history on a typical day what would we see?

Note: please do not compile a list of links here... just tell us in your own words.

History Your

Just before 6am the day begins and I first log into... the Forum, then clients pages, server, statistic pages, google, invision, back to google, forum end day at around 1-2am next day.

Your History... Gaming Video & Issues Computer

First off Yahoo to check mail there, then the Forum, then maybe gospel library, dictionarydot com, or even christy's clip art. If I am teaching Sunday School that month then I would be on the church's web site a lot getting the lessons. Oh and familysearch, maybe ellis island, and several surname web sites. Then back to the Forum for a last read through before I go to bed.

History Your

I used to have quite a history of regularly visited sites and chat rooms, but I don't have time for that anymore. I've even reduced my email accounts down to 3. ;D Basically, I check news, email, weather, Forum, bank, and then whatever research i have for the day, if any. And I have to squeeze all that into a couple of hours or less a day.

This site, lds.com, msnbc.com, microsoft games :-), microsoft.com, dell.com. Those are the most frequent for me.

My history page would look something like this:
Yahoo mail, Yahoo fantasy sports, CBS Sportsline, USA Today, this forum, I have this shopping site called Bens Bargains, my bank site and trinidad news site. These are the most frequently visited sites from a daily perspective. There are others, but I dont usually visit those daily.

I check my Hotmail account several times a day, along with my Yahoo groups/boards. I might do some research using Google. Sometimes it's off to have a posting spree on spymac.net. For the past few days, though, I've been coming here.

i get online and check my hotmail right away, then i go to my friends chatroom to post a few times there, then i come here and post and check up on the current events, go to ebay to see if i can afford anything, then to pcworld.com and microsoft games.com, then to google to check for game reviews.
