The increased consumer demand for frozen yogurt has set off an all-out war, with two California entrepreneurs firing off accusations and poaching employees from one another. As we found, the intense competition is now driving business owners to dream up exotic new flavors -- ever had blue mango yogurt? -- to entice customers.
