What is your review for the entertainment value of the movie called, "Devil"?

Bad things happen for a reason.

I knew from the get go who the devil was in this movie. I found it to be rather boring and things too predictable. I am sorry I wasted my money on this movie at all. I would recommend people stay home and wait for it to come out on the pay channels.

That is really disheartening to hear/read, KN, as I was hoping this was the redeeming turnaround moving for Midnight Simoleon, considering his last handful having been nearly Uwe Boll worthy. You might be a bit more picky so maybe I'll still like it, but still, not a good sign.

Devil (also known as The Night Chronicles: Devil) is a 2010 American supernatural thriller film based on a story by M. Night Shyamalan, written by Brian Nelson, and directed by John Erick Dowdle. The film was released on September 17, 2010, and is the first of The Night Chronicles trilogy, which involves the supernatural within modern urban society. The film's plot follows a group of people trapped inside of an elevator that realize one of them is the Devil. Devil opened at the number three spot in the box office opening weekend, taking in a total haul of twelve million dollars.
