Everyone (police and judges) involved should have gone to jail with this character for life. This socio-path tried to kill her once before. The woman appeared on television with a broken arm pleading for her life saying that he was going to kill her before he hired people to do it and for the most part he was convicted on circumstantial evidence. He made the news before this when he was at Club Fed in British Columbia when he requested that his horse be brought to prison so that he could go riding. He never should have seen the light of day.
