Well yes to both, as was said above the environment is more "open", and so we will not be moderating every little line that someone says. With that said just because everyone is allowed it does not mean we allow everything. If ant-Mormons want to challenge doctrine there they are welcome to try, however it must be done in a civil manner. Non-Members can ask questions, etc. It is all open.
