They like to emphasize their uptime, but the whole thing is that they do not allow you to run any real scripts, hence they cater for people who have mostly static based hosting. They are nightmare when it comes support. If a script goes haywire they shut you down and keep your money even if you paid a year in advance! As far as I am concerned they are thieves - they kept over US$75 or more of my money because they claimed one of my scripts (YABB) at the the time was hogging resources. Granted I do not doubt that, but was that a reason to keep my money? Not recommended.

They have terrible reviews everywhere. They are known for having good uptime but I think they're just catering for static sites and not anything interactive.
