Meals Eating

I always find myself snacking between meals. I usually go for something sweet (which is unusual because I don't have a sweet tooth) but definitly I do not snack fruits, bars or veggies as the article suggests.

Eating Between Meals Health & Special Psychology

This is good advice, of which I invariably will have trouble following. I love Chocolate and soda.

Maybe when I hit 63 and I have my first Heart Attack I will change my eating habits.

I am Joking.

I do make eating changes in my life, but it seems go in spurts where I exercise and eat well and then I slow down a little bit.

I do like grapes. I eat them like candy.
