The recommended site only finds long delays and cannot pickup 5 minutes of offline time. Perhaps more recommendations will give us a better choice?
Unfortunately with the traffic that it would cause to do a real time web monitor would be tremendous. Image if one web server hosted 40 different sites and all were using a real time monitor. That could result in a lot of ping traffic. I believe that it is for this reason most monitoring software and services are limited to a five minute window or in some cases even larger. The technology may be there for a different more effective and less intensive means of doing this but I am not familiar with any at the moment.
