Contaminated Carrots Baby

That's really frightening, especially as the illness involves nausea, diarrhoea and fever and can last between 4-14 days!
The frail or children with this, I suspect could take a long time to get back to normal after your body having suffered such a nasty disease.
The size of the carrot being a baby carrot, I would imagine the main consumers would be children eating them as they are a handy size, and don't take as long to cook.
You really don't expect nasty illnesses to occur when you encourage your kids to eat up their veg!
