I was just watching a Tyra show where she covered Flyer Parties which are supposed to be parties where teens gather for sex, drugs and whatever else have you. The invitation is given by way of flyers and teens of all kinds and types go the location either knowing or not knowing who will be there. This seems to be the new crave among teens.

I want to ask if there are any teens in this Community stupid enough to attend one of these things?

I cannot believe the kind of things we hear these days, I never heard of flyer parties in my life and I still wondering how in the world there are so many teens absolutely unsupervised!

Because in order to maintain their high-spending lifestyle, both parents work all day long (and sometimes long into the night). So kids are trusted to behave themselves. How they can be expected to do this when they are not taught HOW is beyond me.

These parties have been going on for years. I remember going to these things when I was a teenager in the 70s - live bands, lots of alcohol and drugs, and people "hooking up" and wandering off into rooms or other dark places for sex. It's nothing new, just a different generation.
