After watching the movie United Flight 93 I began to think about what I would have done if I were aboard that flight. What would you have done differently?

United Were If

I'd hope that I would have had the courage to take a stand.

Thinking of which, I could have advised these guys that if they did not stand down, I would immediately file an action in federal court against them...

First of all, I would be very scared. I would think about my kids and my spouse and I would try my best to call them and say goodbye.

I want to believe I would have the courage to fight back, after all if I knew other planes hit their targets I would know that my turn is approaching.

If I had been on that flight I probably would have reacted very similar to what occurred. first the threat of three men with knives would not be my biggest fear but the bomb well hey they could be bluffing but why not sit and wait. After all at this point fear would still be a big influence.

Upon hearing that a plan was hijacked and crashed into a building then action would definitely be my reaction, since I would have nothing to lose at this time. Before this it would be a hostage only situation and a good chance of walking away.

I doubt I would have thought about the cock pit being locked thus unable to kill the last of the terrorists. But better to die fighting this lot then to have died in the plane as it crashed into another building killing even more. I never carry a phone so callng home would never have crossed my mind though a prayer for them would have.
