A Cuban father allowed his young daughter to emigrate legally to the United States with her mother to find a better life. But months later, the mother has become incapable of caring for the girl, and the father wants to take the child home.

What a difficult case or maybe isn't? The little girl has a father and he is willing to take her back to her home country. Even though I understand the pain of separating from her brother, which side the Justice System will take? I think they will take the side of the father.
