ONTARIO COURT OF APPEAL TO RULE ON 1959 TRUSCOTT CASE
For 48 years, Steven Truscott has pushed for the legal system to rule he'd been wrongly convicted of the rape and murder of a 12-year-old girl, Lynne Harper. On Tuesday, he hopes five Ontario Court of Appeal judges will resolve his marathon legal journey in his favour.

That is a heck of a long time to be acquitted, but I wonder... did he really do it? I wonder how the parents are taking this? Usually such cases involve vengeful thinking on the part of the victim's parents.
