Sheen loves to fight, but then again he loves to be "winning" more money so I guess for him its worth fighting for:

There is no way on earth that Sheen is returning, he has to move on but of course, with his drug habit background where will he find a job like the one he was having?

CBS is hiring and it won't take too long to replace Charlie Sheen in this show. A serious contender for the role is Hugh Grant.

international QUOTE

The fate of CBS's hit sitcom Two and a Half Men has been up in the air since Charlie Sheen got fired in March - before the show was done filming for the season.

While names like Rob Lowe and John Stamos have been tossed around as rumored replacements for the embattled actor, it wasn't until Wednesday that a source revealed that Hugh Grant has been a serious contender for the role.

"The show was in talks with Hugh Grant to become the new lead," the source tells PEOPLE. "And wouldn't it be brilliant if it were so?"

While there is no official word on the status of Grant's negotiations with the show, one thing remains clear: contrary to other reports, "Any actor brought in to the show will not [make] anywhere near [$1 million per episode]. Source 4

The deal with Hugh Grant fell through and the rumors are stronger than ever stating that Ashton Kutcher will be replacing Charlie. The finishing touches are being put on what is described as a "huge payday" for Ashton.

Ashton Kutcher is cute but I don't know that he can handle the verbiage of the role Charlie Sheen created with natural and easy effort.

Even though Charlie sent a twitter to Ashton congratulating him for the role, he also seems to make clear that the show with Ashton will fail. He also said to the Media:

"Kutcher is a sweetheart and a brilliant comedic performer ... Oh wait, so am I!" he said in a statement to TMZ. "Enjoy the show America. Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB."

Sheen was making a reference to the ratings he thinks the show will lose without him on it.

"Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton. There is no air, laughter, loyalty, or love there," Source 1
