It's funny, because one could argue "free speech" and that (though I think it's a losing argument. It doesn't state that the guy was charged with actually touching any kids. He just liked looking at the pictures.
Now, if THAT's bad enough (I think so), then why do we excuse "regular" porn?
But we do.
