Job: Moderation of all boards and members in the Community

Report to Work: each day as available

Basic FP Salary: Perks as described in the Compare section and the possibility of winning 400 FP if voted as 'Moderator of the Month'.

Moderator Requirements

In order to be a Moderator here the following things must be met on a consistent basis. In other words, if you cannot maintain the below requirements at anytime during your Membership as a Moderator then Moderation powers will be taken back (nothing personal).

Please note each carefully:

1. You must have over 500 Posts and a Member for at least three (3) months.

2. You should have an Upgraded account or Mature status account.

3. Your activity level should be 100%

4. You should be an example in the way you post by doing ALL of the following:

- a. Using good grammar, spelling, and uppercase letters as needed.
- b. Using the Quote and Offtopic tags effectively
- c. Staying on Topic and within the subject matter of a Thread
- d. Be able to be disagreeable without insulting
- e. Defend the integrity and Policy of the Community

5. You must be able to visit and look over this Community EVERYDAY* and this involves ALL of the following:

- a. Checking all new Member Threads
- b. Checking recent Posts for spelling and constructive content
- c. Checking in the Moderator's Hideout as necessary
- d. Participating in Discussions by answering questions, giving input, etc.

* In the case where you cannot make it on a certain day you should be able to let other Moderators know.

What You Get

Moderators at this level will have indefinite Premium accounts for the length of service. Extra powers over the control of the Community.
