I wouldn't necessarily jump on the bandwagon to use a browser that Google put out. I haven't even switched to gmail, which supposedly is the best free email service around. I think Google has enough products out there to make themselves popular and versatile, and I would love more than anything else to see someone 'stick it' to Microsoft. At the same time I think there are limits that need not be crossed. With IE, FireFox and Netscape as the big 3 in browsers, I don't see the need for Google to enter that domain.
There are essentially four quality browsers. Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox, and Opera. All four now offer tabbed browsing and several other key features that people have stated in poles that they want in a browser. Google would enter what is already considered a saturated market since three of the four have free versions and IE is built into windows. Google is making the right choice of staying out of the browser race, I don't know what they could add. They already have their paws in browsers with the Google toolbar for all four browsers.
