La Jolla apartment building sells for $94M

Private equity giant Blackstone Group has bought a La Jolla apartment building for $94.4 million. The Avana La Jolla was one of 32 properties that Greystar Investment Group sold to Blackstone for $2 billion. That's about $192,000 for each of 10,399 units. Ref. Source 1j
