Hunter, you will find that most of the Instructions are in the first Post of the Thread. For this game you read the Post made by Blackheart, the GM of this game, and then chose one of the choices given.
Rather off topic, but... If the choice is "Go left" or "Go right" you cannot just post a message saying "Right" or in other words one word, because there is a 15 word requirement, so what we like for everyone to do is to add to the story by saying something like, "Go right, because if we go left I think those lions will eat us". If you have more questions just ask in your Intro Thread. |

I'll follow the decision with more votes. As simple as that. |
UPDATE 11

Actually, you said you would press forward with four votes and you have had that for awhile, however you have five now. |
QUOTE (142) |
You walk along the narrow passage, your every step stirring up dust which filters the light of your sword eerily. Bas-relief figures stand out from the walls - warriors marching to a flowery death. After some distance you pass an opening in the wall to your left. It is blocked by a heavy bronze grille and, since you can see nothing but a bare, dusty tunnel beyond it, you decide to continue heading west. Eventually you enter a large room where savage carvings merge with the walls and pillars. Turn to 257. |
QUOTE (257) |
There is a large rectangular pit at the southern extremity of the room. On a plinth in the middle of the pit, level with the floor of the room, rests a large casket of black wood. There is barely more than a metre and a half between the edge of the pit and the plinth. You could jump across quite easily, although you find it discomforting that the light from your sword does not reach far enough to show you the bottom of the pit. If you wish to leap on to the plinth, turn to 103. If you would rather leave the room through the archway in the west wall, turn to 69. |
