JB I think the Information on the Die rolls was just what to do if we fight and get those scores. I say charge! If we run it will get a free shot on us anyhow and I bet that will be real bad.

UPDATE 13

We flee from graves and caskets, but surely not from a fearful NIGHTMARE GUARD! ninja.gif

QUOTE (NIGHTMARE GUARD)
NIGHTMARE GUARD - VIGOUR  12

Roll two dice:
score 2 to 5    Turn to 63
score 6 to 12  The Nightmare Guard loses 3  VIGOUR

So, we won the first round, -3 points of VIGOUR for the NIGHTMARE GUARD. But we lose the second round, and the fight tell us to go to the paragraph 63...
In the depths of its dark cowl, the Nightmare Guard hisses with cold glee as its garrotte snaps taut around your neck. Roll one die:

score 1: It breaks your neck; you die instantly
score 2 to 5: You struggle free but lose 1 VIGOUR
score 6: You get free without taking injury

If you are still alive, continue to fight.

Roll two dice:
score 2 to 5: Roll one die and refer to the above table
score 6 to 12: The Nightmare Guard loses 3 VIGOUR

As before, if you try to FLEE you should turn to 75.
If you kill the Nightmare Guard, turn to 166.

So I roll the dice and we get 5, -1 point of VIGOUR for us.

Now the fight changed dramatically. If we lose a round we have to roll one die. If by chance we get 1, we die instantly.

For this reason I'm going to give you one more chance to flee. Or we can fight to the end, fully knowing the risks and their consequences.

EDTI: By the way, I drawed a very basic map, it's very ugly, but it should help to map out the temple. Maybe you could edit the first post and put this map there, JB.

The Dice Master says...

Good observation.

Given the risk involved I say we flee.

Rather off topic, but...
Map added for you oh great GM.

I hate these dice! Let's run away like a bunch of cowards... I hope we don't run into anything like a lamb on the way back...it might get us too!

I say we stand and fight like men and not like chickens! The chance of getting a 1 might be less than we think.

If we where only using real die 7 is the most common roll. But given we rely on bites and bytes it is at best 50/50 followed by one in six we die. Three more times through this I say nay we run.

If we find that sheep I say roti time!
