Is it possible for Jesus to be opposed to the Holy Spirit or God or vice versa?

Given the basic thought that God=Holy spirit. They are one and the same the same as I am Krakyn to you here and father to my child. Jesus was of flesh and filled with the holy spirit. The flesh is worldly and is full of desires so the fleshly part of Jesus must have been at constant odds with the spiritual side who was god himself. I think that was clearly shown in the last days when Jesus cried out Father why have you forsaken me and must I die this way. This is very critical and had to be this way to show every human that we can over come our flesh for the spirit is stronger and through the spirit we can strengthen our resolve to the point where it can control the flesh.

No, and the whole proof of it was in what Jesus did - all that the Father and Spirit wanted him to do, nothing less.
