That is a major indicator that you have a leak in your vapor barrier or the bathroom fan is not vented properly. Nice thing is the frost is exactly where the leak is. Crawl in and see where the moist air is coming in. If the vapor barrier is ripped replace it, that is patch over with a new piece of plastic. Most likely it is the hose/pipe on the bathroom fan it might be disconnected or punctured just replace it.
