Best way to to make sure the opening they are getting into are sealed. If they are getting into the attic area look under the eaves of the house to make sure the vents are covered with screens. IF not place screens over the openings. A house cat will also prevent bats infestation. After all it is just a flying mouse. Placing a bat house out in your yard can help too. Bats are good for your yard as they will eat insects to include mosquitos thus making your yard more pest free and you will get more enjoyment out of it.
