A 'PENNILESS' CANADA?
Corner stores want to scrap the penny, but Canadians are split on the idea, according to a survey commissioned by the Royal Canadian Mint and the Department of Finance.

I would love to see them gone and so would my pockets. I will admit I have enjoyed collecting them but really they have become almost redundant. Many retailers will round down the the nearest nickle to avoid using them. Beside there are no more penny candies .
We should take a vote as the USA I am sure feels the same way.
