WARS COST AFRICA $18 BILLION US A YEAR: REPORT
About $18 billion US a year has been drained from Africa by nearly two dozen wars in recent decades, a new report states, a price some officials say could have helped solve the AIDS crisis and created stronger economies in the world's poorest region.

Is it possible that the AIDS crisis and the African Wars are symptomatic of the same problem?
I am not sure what that problem is, (Broken political, religious, social or economic systems) but it is making parts of Africa terrible places to live.
In my opinion Aids, the Economy, and War are Symptoms of a larger problem that money alone cannot solve (The west has been throwing money at all three of these problems in Africa for years, with little success).
I just wish I knew a solution to stopping the Wars and disease that plague this Continent.
