Stark Pete Congressman
It is just colorful speech focused on inciting enough motion in those who already dislike Bush's methods to take a stand. If you had a child killed in Iraq after going through a third tour of duty when he should have only been on one then you may likely agree. I, as an outsider, have no position really on what is said about Bush by his own citizenry.
