Comments: Hi, I am thinking about getting the unlimited package of the U-talk service from Flow to replace my Gold Package of Smart Choice from TSTT.
I see the last forum comment on the U-talk service was quite some time ago. I would like to receive feedback from anyone who has the service:-
Has it improved?
Is it reliable?
What is the call quality like to local numbers?
What is the call quality like to international destinations like UK, USA and Canada?
Once the feedback is good I might even use this instead of Magic Jack to call USA and Canada.

I do not use the phone facility much save for some rare moment that I do not have my mobile handy. Conversations are audible and clear but the biggest drawback I can see is when FLOW is down so too is your ability to make calls. Therefore for reliability it is not as good as a land line or mobile but for price it certainly is an incentive and good as a backup facility.
In celebration of its 5th year in the local market, Flow will be hosting an informative and interactive weekend called "Flow's World" this Saturday September 18th, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. And Sunday September 19th, noon - 7 p.m at the Hyatt Regency in Port of Spain.
For the little ones, they will have Doki from the Discovery Channel.

I am posting from FLOW World at Hyatt Hotel. So far, I am very impressed by both the quality and the customer service Flow has provided. Everything has been free with very high quality. Everything that has been advertised has been delivered and more. Very impressed!

Comments: Well now I qualify to comment on the service or lack thereof as provided by FLOW. Here goes, the usual upgrade ritual, where I hasten to add two rookies were sent on the job, which is not intended to take away from their professionalism. The phone started working like some three days after it was installed, one way, a six digit number [..], which I was later told was afforded to some one else,and disconnected need I go on. Could someone tell me who is behind flow? After I took a day away from work imagine they have the gall and audacity to suggest a repeat, are these people serious, up to me I cancel the entire arrangement. Let's see what happens tomorrow. By the way whose compensating?
