Comments: I am a customer since at least one year, and Flow has not improved its customer service. Yes, they have 24/7 CSRs but only for phone service (if the flow landline works). the truth is that every time you call, the operators hang up on you or disconnect you or leave you to wait forever. What kind of customer service is that anyway?
Flow must do better to keep its customers. I'm going to DirectTV. It is not better features, but at least they try to resolve your problems with a positive attitude.

Comments: How do you create an account at: myaccount.flowtrinidad.com if the account number they ask you for must have 8 numbers on your FLOW bill it shows only 7 numbers?
It is silly the way they have it written because they tell you:
Why FLOW getting so expensive now? they charging something like $240 for basic cable and you have to pay more than that for special packages or you lose the channels you like to see. Direct TV sounding good yes.
Just tried the myaccount login page for Flow and this time it was able to send me an Email to reset my password but there is no option to resend the pin to activate the account. Frustrating! I sent them an Email, let's see how long it takes them to fix it.
