Is there a Biblical reason for all the fires that have been happening in California?

Absolutley not is the answer to that question. I would be more inclined to consider the heat of the sun and the dryness of the earth and foliage on Claifornian soil. Or perhaps a stray match?

These are the reasons fires start not divine intervention.

Given that we are on the Bible Revealed Board and that you have listed in the Religion field 'Agnostic', is that answer of your own opinion or something you have researched from the Bible?

In the Bible there are many verses that speak about fire in the last days, signs, and all manner of things to cause men's hearts to fail. This can be seen as a sign if you want to take it like that.

Why would this have something to do with the Bible? This is the result of an arsonist.

We know that two of the fires were started by arsonist and one by failing power lines, but if you really want the Bible in on this, I guess God could have caused the power lines to fail.

The Bible may talk about such things as fire and so on but it doesn't list the physical causes. The Bible may say its all God's doing but if mosetrails is correct and the actual causes were " that two of the fires were started by arsonist and one by failing power lines" then surely it wasn't

a) referenced in the Bible

b) couldn't be found out by examining it ?
