COLD FACTS: KOREAN WAR VET IDENTIFIES WITH SUFFERING OF SOLDIERS WHO SERVED IN UTAH WAR
Some historians say the worst winter suffering by U.S. troops was either in the first year of the Korean War - or 150 years ago in the Utah War, where Mormon militia stranded U.S. troops on the Wyoming plains with nearly no food or shelter.
