Yeah, I can see all of this, it makes perfect sense. Still, if you simply exercise enough you should be able to eat what you want, although perhaps in smaller quantities, unless you have a genetic or eating disorder that makes you prone to gaining weight.

One does not need to take potentially dangerous weight loss drugs or get weight loss surgery if they can figure out how to eat correctly. This is the hard part (To eat correctly). If one can understand this and get plenty of sleep 7-9 hours they can lose weight. The most important meal is breakfast and getting protein in their body. From there one has to allow 3-4 hours in-between each meal. And eat less than they normally do to allow the body to use and produce the correct stuff to regulate the body. Most should lose weight if they only east three meals a day and do not eat within 3 hours of going to bed.

I believe breakfast is very important but not the sugary stuff in cereals or the carcasses of animals. Fresh fruit should be the first thing… lots of energy and it does not require much digestion so you continue energetic for the day.
