Sally Introduction

Hello everyone, I am introducing myself here- I am an aspiring documentary filmmaker, and currently studying in NYC. I lived for a long time in Hawaii and travelled to India for many years, and just recently decided to move to NY to pursue a career in film. I never thought I'd get so interested in politics and world affairs, but somehow being in a city full of intelligent and worldly people, you just can't avoid the current issues at hand. So I've been more inspired to reach out and share what I'm being educated with here in NYC, in particular what other documentary filmmakers are doing to induce dialog about current political issues. So, thank you for having me, and I look forward to posting more.
