This is a ceremonial sacrifice, usually the candles are lit first, not that I'm an expert or anything. Light the candles.

The Dice Master says...Now that is what I call being in the spotlight. I think pouring the vial of black wicked may have been the next step since this is what the short robbed guy we bumped off was looking for at the time. Face the altar and let's see if we can do this correctly this time.
