GM do you have any Russian ancestors?
Lets have a look at the parchment before doing anything else.
This is a ceremonial sacrifice, usually the candles are lit first, not that I'm an expert or anything. Light the candles.
Looks like we read the parchment first.
No DarkScribe me naw be from Russian stock. Though you do make me ponder why you asked. I might have been better at spelling if I had!

(325) You slowly unroll the parchment, to find that it contains a message written in a medieval style of calligraphy. As you try to decide whether you should read it aloud, you hear a murmur from the congregation. One of the men behind you steps forward and takes the parchment from you. "What is wrong, father?" he asks. "Are you feeling ill?" Will you nod your head, hoping to get out of performing the ceremony (215) or turn back towards the alter (101)? |
We should have lighted the candles. At this late point we may need to fake illness otherwise it may be death.
Now that is what I call being in the spotlight. I think pouring the vial of black wicked may have been the next step since this is what the short robbed guy we bumped off was looking for at the time. Face the altar and let's see if we can do this correctly this time.
Many choices, I like that. I will go with the playing I am ill trick and hope everyone buys that.
