I think he deserves to be put to death for murdering her but then again I dont understand why he would want the media spotlight on him...

Well first they actually have to prove that he murdered her. The fact that they can not is the only reason he is still out of jail and not on trial. All the things may point to him but if there is any type of doubt they will not go after him.

It seems like Drew's brother-in-law is coming out with what he knows about this case. Things like Drew asking him how he would feel about murder, etc. Additionally, it was Drew's brother-in-law who helped him move that heavy blue barrel and dispose of it. He was not suspicious at first, but now he is coming out with info.

I think that this case has been going on long enough for them to get all the evidence they needed to convict him. I hope the trial that he gets goes swiftly and soon he is in prison where he belongs.

I was thrilled to hear that justice is finally being served to Drew Petterson. For too long he was walking around thinking that he could outsmart everyone! And now he is being charged with first degree murder for his third wife! I really hope the police have enough evidence on him to send him straight to jail. But the question still remains...Where is Stacy? I wonder what he did with her body? I hope the family could finally get some closure where their daughter Stacy is concerned.
