I would probably not buy this property, as I think I would feel that the property would always have a foreboding feel about it.
I don't think that there would be any danger placed on you, but personally speaking I think the place would feel far too morbid.

It would depend on how they committed suicide, the condition of the house and the sweet deal I would get for buying it. I am going under the assumption that I want to actually live in the area as well, but sure, I would buy the house if the deal and property were OK. The house didn't kill them, but if it would scare off enough buyers, it would definitely bring a price that would overlook what happened there...

If it is what I was looking for and a good deal sure! After all dead spirits can be removed and I love a good deal. *plasters over wall where bullet ripped through.* A building is just that, walls, lumber, bricks and mortar what occurred prior to you owning it has no reflection on you. Unless you believe it does then your own mind will always haunt you.
