Does having a very strong Urine Odor mean you are sickly?

Strong Urine odor can mean many thing but most importantly. YOUR DEHYDRATED drink more water!

Since your body is trying to rid it's self of deadly toxin all day long or just an abundance of vitamins it could not absorb urine can darken quickly or become strong. It just means you should drink more. If this continues after a few days of drinking at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day each then you may have a reason to visit your doctor.

Cloudy urine is a different matter it could be an indicator of kidney issues and should be taken more seriously if seen for a few days in a row. Could also be a kidney infection but you will know on that if left untreated. Much pain will come to you.

I know if you take allot of vitamins your urine odor can get strong, even if you are drinking allot. But if you are drinking allot, it won't be that way for long. If you are experiencing strong urine odor for more than one or two bathroom breaks, then you are either not drinking enough water or need to get checked out. It shouldn't be an on going issue.
