GOOGLE PLANS SOLAR-POWERED OFFICE
SAN FRANCISCO: Google Inc. plans a solar-powered electricity system at its Silicon Valley headquarters that will rank as the largest US solar-powered corporate office complex, the company said.

We are starting to see a trend start of companies using alternative energies. In the midwest, our electrical costs have dropped since the regional electric companies put up a wind farm in Kansas. It dropped from nearly two hundred fifty dollars a month in the summer to one hundred fifty in the hottest part of summer. Google has no doubt seen the impact that this can have both money wise and influence wise in the business industry. Good for them!
