On a documentary the Gen. Sec. of the Grand Council of Masons said the all seeing eye represents god. The incomplete Pyramid I do not know, maybe it is the incompleteness of man without god?

Comments: the incomplete pyramid is a symbol of the free builders, and the eye is the all seeing that is god and the words: "Nnovus ordo seclorum" is santes in latin wich meens:"New Order of the Ages"

Comments: The base of the pyramid is inscribed with the year 1776, the year of the foundation of The United States. From that foundation, the nation can grow. If you'll notice, including the base, there are 13 steps to the pyramid, possibly referring to the founding states. Also, the width of each of those steps is roughly 3/4 that of the one below, mathematically the pyramid can never be complete. But, under the watchful eye of the creator the nation may become more complete, or more perfect.
