The latest with this family is that Jon decided to stop the filming of the show. He placed a huge sign forbidden TLC crew from entering his property and right now the filming has been suspended. He was in Larry King's Live and said he made some mistakes and wants his kids out of the show NOW!

Well Jon and Kate remind me of the devil and his wife fighting for a bone. Jon has demonstrated how vindictive he could be. It appears he was not the least bit thrilled being cut out of the show. Although he would still be making a few appearances which would mean, less money for him! Ironically, I think this is the best thing that could happen for the kids. Hopefully the kids would now have a chance for a normal life. Jon's attorney issued a letter to TLC which prevents them from going ahead with the new show. TLC is barred from Jon's home and they are not allowed to film the kids. I have even learned that he is putting measures in place to postpone the divorce!
I hope Kate has put some money aside for a pyschiatrist for the kids because Lord alone knows that they all are going to need one!

Let me tell you that as the time passes and the erratic behavior of BOTH parents increase, it is not even funny anymore! Kate have accused Jon of taking more than $200,000 from their join account even though there is an arbitrator that stated they cannot do that unless the other part knows about it.
Jon said it is ALL a lie, that he only took $22,000 and that he can prove it. He also said they have 11 bank accounts including one with his wife's best seller book and that he thinks SHE is the one hiding the money and because the numbers don't add up she is blaming him for it.
Kate also said that because Jon withdrew all this money, it left her "unable to pay the bills" for herself or their eight children. She said she has a stack of bills in her purse that she can't put in the mail. And she said:

Yes, the same house that was PAID IN TOTAL by a company (no mortgage), the gift exchanges, GAP giving the kids clothes for free, etc...Yes, those bills.

More drama with the Gosselins...
Yesterday, it was the birthday of the two oldest daughters. Jon claimed Kate did not want him to stay at the birthday party and even wanted to re-arranged the times he is supposed to see them. He refuse and at the end they decided to become "cordial" at least for the sake of the kids that day.
But of course, Kate is angry about that money that Jon took away from their bank account to pay for his expenses for some time now so her next move was to file for child and spousal support.

If suddenly you see Jon going everywhere for paid interviews, write a book or make some sort of deal is because he may be desperate to return US$180,000 that a judge ordered him to return to the shared account of him and his wife. Jon must be fuming!

I think this is a standard procedure when applying for a divorce. I really hope she gets a huge alimony from Jon because of his extra marital affairs!
I wonder if Jon was thinking of his kids while he was being photographed with having affairs with different women?

I think this is getting to be more and more like a soap Opera all the time. I do not think either parent can keep their story straight. I think when they have to show their bank account records and bills that it is going to be a eye opening statement. The bank and bill records of all assets and expenses is something that is required in any divorce.
