Control Birth

What an interesting subject. The laws regarding Jewish use of birth control are governed primarily by what happens to the male sperm. It cannot be wasted, or spilled, or destroyed in any way. Thus condoms, pull out method and vasectomy are not acceptable. Methods that work on the egg as opposed to the sperm such as birth control pills, shots, and patches are acceptable. However, Jewish law requires each male to have one male and one female child before doing such.
