AP - The Internet's key oversight agency has quietly authorized Iraq's new government to manage its own domain name, allowing for the restoration of Internet addresses ending in ".iq."

Although this is a good move, I hope it will not be the start of spite spamming or in other words, people purchasing the .iq extension to spam everyone else with all kind of rants about the war, etc.
