Peeping Tom

A landlord was arrested by German Police for spying on his tenants for about one decade. He is being charged with invasion of privacy. The landlord had installed a surveillance system in all the bedrooms, bathrooms of his two flats. The landlord's "microphone" was recently discovered by one of his tenants, while she was cleaning the flat. He has admitted to taping about 7 tenants and an undisclosed number of guests.
