An incredible archaeological discovery in Israel changes history and shocks the world. Tombs with the names Maria, Jesus son of Joseph, Mariamne e Mara, and Judah, their son, are found and an investigation begins. Director James Cameron is known for his larger-than-life personality, and in this program he lives up to his reputation by claiming to have made the biggest discovery of the all: the location of the tomb of Jesus Christ. Cameron uses forensic testing and archaeological evidence to back up his ideas, with a particular focus on the excavation of a tomb by the Israeli Antiquities Authority in 1980. The documentary also includes re-creations and expert analysis and commentary.
